The Absinthe Bordiga is produced according to an ancient recipe from 1903 in the distillery Bordiga in Italy. The local spring water as well as the herbs from the region give this Absinthe an unforgettable spicy aroma and a light tart and elegant taste. The Absinthe Bordiga can either be enjoyed traditionally with ice-cold spring water or used as an addition to Absinthe cocktails.
