Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e(2) Kina G\u0026amp;T:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAdd 60ml Kina and 60ml Gin to a glass with ice.
