Orchard Gin

A reference to the Village of Lobothal in Adelaide Hills! Very much a farm gin. Produced by the famous Lobo Cider producer in SA.

The Farm is located exactly in Lenswood, the apple capital of the Adelaide Hills. Instead of making another gin with citrus, they are balancing the Juniper Berries with fresh quince. 

The quince need to be macerated into alcohol for 10 days before distillation. 

At the back palate, you will be able to taste lovely botanicals with spices and some other ethereal notes to give a complex and enjoyable gin.
